The Council takes all steps necessary on overall improvement of the Subsidiary Councils of the Congress. The Council examines in order to find out the villages, Districts and Provinces in which there are no Buddhist societies and takes all steps possible to set up subsidiaries of the Congress, recruit Buddhist youth and motivate them on religious and cultural activities, and prepare regulations where necessary to monitor and maintain the progress.
